What are your pieces made from?

Our pieces are created using modern digital fabrication techniques and carefully finished by hand on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

We primarily use plant-based materials selected for their durability, lightweight feel and lower environmental impact.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes — every piece is produced in small batches and individually finished by hand, which means slight variations in texture and finish may occur.

These subtle differences are part of the character of each piece.
Are your products waterproof?

No. Our pieces are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water.

We recommend keeping products dry and away from prolonged moisture exposure.
Can your pieces hold water?

Unless specifically stated on the product page, our decorative vessels and objects are not designed to hold water.

For fresh flowers, we recommend placing a separate watertight container inside the vessel.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?

Our pieces are designed primarily for indoor use.

Exposure to direct sunlight, heat or weather conditions over time may affect the finish and durability of the product.
How long does shipping take?

Australia

Estimated delivery is generally 1–7 business days depending on your location.

International

All Ray & Just Studio pieces are crafted by us in our studio on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

How do I care for my piece?

To keep your piece in its best condition:

  • clean gently with a soft dry cloth
  • avoid harsh cleaning products
Do you create custom or collaborative pieces?

We are not currently accepting custom orders.

However, we occasionally take on collaborative projects depending on availability and alignment.
