Ray & Just Studio is an Australian homewares brand based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Our decorative and lifestyle pieces are digitally crafted by us in small batches.
We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Products
As our products are individually crafted using advanced digital fabrication techniques and finished by hand, slight variations in:
- texture
- layer lines
- colour tone
- finish
may naturally occur between pieces. These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered faults.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
During launches, holiday periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping
We ship from Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees applicable in their country.

Ray & Just Studio Rewards Program
Eligibility
The Ray & Just Studio Rewards Program is open to all customers who join the program via our website (rayandjuststudio.com.au). Customers must create a Smile.io account to earn and redeem points.
Points Earning
Points are earned on eligible purchases at a rate of 3 points per $1 spent.
Points are awarded once an order has been completed and fulfilled. Points will be automatically added to your Smile.io account once your order has been processed.
Referral Program
When you refer a friend, both you and your friend will receive a reward once the friend completes their first purchase.
Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous orders.
Rewards Redemption
Points can be redeemed for discounts or rewards once sufficient points have been accumulated.
Rewards may include discounts such as $10 off for 1,000 points, or other rewards as defined within the program.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Account Expiration
Points may expire if there is no account activity for a period of time, depending on the current program settings.
We reserve the right to adjust expiration rules in line with program updates.
Program Modifications
Ray & Just Studio reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Smile.io platform.
Non-Transferability
Points, rewards, and discounts earned through the program are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Returns and Cancellations
If a purchase made using points is returned, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.
Referral rewards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Abuse of the Program
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity, including misuse of referrals or points accumulation.
